Prices are monthly rental values per client business system installation (not per user); all values plus VAT at prevailing rate.
A multiple business discount of 50% will apply to any subsequent client business system installations (there must always be one ‘primary’ installation in any multiple installation arrangement, and that primary installation will be the largest and charged at full price).
Discounts may be available to Chamber of Commerce members; please contact your local Chamber.
Medium Business System user numbers are not restricted by the application but in practice may be limited by the size and specification of the server – enhanced server specifications can be provided at additional cost should this prove necessary.
The application is rented and there is therefore no initial purchase cost, and because the application is web based, there is no expensive set up of networks and machines.
The application is platform agnostic insofar as it requires an appropriate browser only, irrespective of the operating system or hardware used.
If at the end of the first month it is decided not to continue using the application, then the direct debit mandate will be cancelled and no charges made.
There is no minimum rental period so the user can decide to stop using the application at any time, the direct debit mandate will be cancelled and no further charges made.
