The application has also been designed with the user in mind in order to get the business up and running as quickly as possible and with a minimum of technical accounting or IT knowledge.

Central Accounting ERP exists ‘in the Cloud‘ so it does not require any specialist software to be installed on PCs or workstations, nor any expensive servers or networks, nor any specialist in-house IT administration.

Based around an industry standard SQL database, this ERP solution requires an Internet Browser only (Mozilla Firefox preferred) to operate, and can therefore be accessed from any location making it ideal for multi site, remote access, and flexible home/ office working.

Central Accounting ERP is ‘real time accounting’ so the accounting entries are being made in the background as you process your orders, dispatches, and invoices, which means your accounts are always as up to date as your last process.

And because the application is fully integrated there is no re-input of data to different modules or systems, or routines to update one system from another, so you never have systems which are out of synch and giving you different results.

With Central Accounting ERP there has been no skimping on functionality: it includes sales order processing (‘SOP’), customer relationship management (‘CRM’), purchase order processing (‘POP’), materials requirement planning (‘MRP’), capacity planning/ works order scheduling, accounting and payroll.
